Goods returned must be undamaged and unworn, in their original packaging complete with all / any tags and labels attached. Where goods are received back in an unsatisfactory condition an amount might be deducted from the refund to reflect the amount by which the value of order has been reduced.
All return postage costs are non-refundable (Unless the item is faulty) and we do not currently offer pre-paid returns.
We would recommend that you send items either signed for or recorded delivery. Huntleys Shoes will not be held responsible for any missing parcels on the customer’s behalf.
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of posting from your Post office or delivery service you used. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.
If you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Team via Facebook as soon as possible.
Please note that as permitted by law, the maximum refund on delivery cost will be the the least expensive delivery method we offer (provided that this is a common and generally acceptable method). For example, if we offer delivery of goods within 3-5 days at one cost but you choose to have the goods delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid selecting the cheaper delivery option.
